Photoshop
I recently started getting into Photoshop more. It's been intimidating because it's so different from Illustrator, but I'm starting to really enjoy it. The "jelly toast" image was particularly fun to create. I definitely look forward to tackling more projects here in the future.
The place setting and toast are 2 different images. The text was created with Illustrator, then edited to look like strawberry jelly through layer adjustments, textures, and pattern overlays.
The final composite image. I used non-destructive layer masks, layer adjustments, a variety of blending modes, and noise to match the source image's quality and color.
This restoration was created using only the Spot Healing Brush and Clone Stamp tools. I did restored the entire image using one tool on one layer, and the other tool on a second layer. I then used layer masks to pick the pieces of each restoration I liked best and create one solid image.
The task was to restore this image, using only the Clone Stamp tool and/or the Spot Healing Brush tool. Then create a composite with outside images, matching the original's color and texture.
I took an image of my friend playing Hecate in the play Macbeth and made her look like an evil doll. I used non-destructive photo editing techniques, textures, overlays, and adjustment layers.
This train was abandoned near a ghost town in southern Utah. I thought it would be fun to make this picture look old, so it would fit its story. I used textures, overlay, adjustment layers, and masks.
